Two Important Wedding Musts
All weddings are personal and they somewhat reflect the personality of the bride and the groom. Hence, one important thing couples need to think about when it comes to their wedding is color. Another important “musts” in the wedding plan is to get your groom involved. I know that it’s mostly the bride that takes charge and says, “I want this color in there!” However, this doesn’t mean you should completely ignore your groom’s ideas. In fact, I know of this one bride who completely asked her “husband-to-be” to not interfere with the wedding preparation, the only thing he was allowed to do was pick out the ring bearer gifts. He picked out a nice engraved silver plated yo-yo by the way.
Although the bride meant it well, it’s no reason to push your groom away from getting involved in crucial parts of the wedding plans. One thing that couples need to agree on is the wedding color motif. Traditionally, weddings are affairs done in white, but you can add some color to make certain things pop out even more. You can even completely wear a different colored gown instead of the usual white gown. Your groom can accent his tux with a colorful tie or handkerchief. As long as you don’t go overboard, splashes of color on your wedding decor and gowns will add that extra oomph to your wedding. So why not go for it, and remember consult your groom for his color palette as well.
