Awesome Flower Decorations for a Christmas Wedding
Flowers have always been a staple in any wedding. In fact, it’s hard to even imagine a wedding without any kind of flower decoration whatsoever. However, deciding on the right kind of flower can be a real challenge. In my experience, it took me several days to go around different flower shops to look for the right flowers to match my wedding motif. That’s not counting the endless phone calls I made to my friends and family asking for tips on which flowers I should use! As I found out, deciding on the type and kind of flower was not as easy as say, picking out my ivory eleanor lace garter. It’s especially difficult if your wedding is held at a time when most flowers would not be growing, Christmas time.
However, there are several flowers that would suit a Christmas wedding, for instance, there’s the poinsettia. This is probably the most recognizable one and it would be a great accent to any Christmas wedding. Another showstopper that might require some gloves when setting up is the Christmas cactus. I saw this one time in a magazine and it looked phenomenal. There’s also the mistletoe, the pine and the holly. Hence, even if it may not be simple to pick out the right flowers for your big day, especially for a Christmas wedding, rest assured that you’ll never run out of choices.
