A DIY Guest Book For The Wedding

I have received too many planners this Christmas season and I know I am not going to use it all so I’m thinking of recycling it. I could use it to wrap gifts for the whole year round or as drawer linings. Or I could get really crafty and turn it into a guest book for a friend’s wedding in February. Though the couple already chose a starlight guest book & pen for this, it wouldn’t hurt to have a back-up, right?

I may have a challenge up for me since it’s been so long since I did something with paper, scissors and some other materials. But I’m pretty eager to get started and more importantly, to finish this project. This guest book is not just going to be another piece, it will be pretty special. We don’t really pay attention to little details like this, do we? People coming to the wedding just sign the book and then enter the reception to party. But I’m going to make sure that this guest book would have  something extra. I just don’t know what yet…still looking online for some neat ideas. I’ve got two months to finish this, there is still plenty of time.
