Gearing Up for the Rehearsal Dinner

No matter how impossible it may seem, couples always want to have the best wedding possible. One of the best ways to ensure that, at least, you’ll have a semi-flawless wedding and that no flower girl will veer off in the wrong direction, or no best man will stand at the wrong corner of the aisle, is to have a rehearsal dinner. Having a rehearsal is ideal so that you can get acquainted with the general flow of the wedding. This can also be a great opportunity for you to interact with your bridesmaids and maybe even chat up the usherettes about the starlight guest book & pen they’re going to have to use so that you are going to have a record of who came to your wedding.

This is also a great opportunity for you to go ahead and practice your wedding dance. If you are not exactly the most agile when it comes to dancing, you might want to at least learn a few basic things on the rehearsal dinner. This will help you avoid stepping on your groom’s shoes or vice versa. Having a rehearsal dinner also allows you to know what you are going to say since most of the time, even this part would be rehearsed. Some brides like to look as gorgeous even at their rehearsal party, while others like to keep it low key. Also, there is a big chance that groom won’t be present in this event, so make sure that you coordinate with your man ahead of time before setting a date for the dinner.
