The Uninvited Guests
As much as you would like to think that your wedding day would be perfect, believe it or not, something is bound to go wrong. Or at least, you’re better off expecting something bad to happen as opposed to not thinking about it at all. One little thing could sometimes ruin the mood of your big day, whether it be the uncooperative weather, the late caterers, the missing best man or even one uninvited guest. The last one happened at my cousin’s wedding. She meant for the wedding to be small and intimate, however, apparently several acquaintances wanted to get in on the action and crashed her wedding. To be fair, one of them did bring the groom a black leather flask as a gift; nevertheless, it was still purely rude in my opinion.
Even if my cousin wanted to throw them out of her exotic, art nouveau, goth, punk inspired wedding, she was simply too busy to think about the other things she had to do. In the end, they stayed and were accommodated as if they were actually guests. Sometimes, it’s not always easy to deal with guests like this. However, it’s best to just not let them get to your head. Even though it might be irritating to think that there are people present that you don’t want to be there, don’t let them get the best of you and ruin your big day.
