Have Theme Weddings To Double The Fun
Have you ever thought of putting a twist to a traditional wedding ceremony?
I went to a summer wedding once and it was held in a resort. The ceremony was done by the seaside and the reception was up on a boat that sailed off to the coast. In the middle of it, wedding flowers floated in the sea and a island music was played in the background. Everything was beach inspired, down to the beach collection ring pillow. It was beautiful and it was very festive. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought it was just a really fun party. It had none of the formalities of a traditional wedding although the rites and rituals were observed. It reflected so much the kind of personality the marrying couple had.
Many couples are doing it these days, veering away from traditional rites and instead choosing to do the ceremony and the party their own way. I had a friend going to a fairy tale inspired wedding once. It felt really weird but the efforts the bride and couple pulled off to get the perfect wedding was not forgotten.
You too can choose to stick with a specific wedding theme to make a really lasting and memorable impression. Take a look at this 50′s Inspired Weddingfor another idea
