Last Minute Wedding Desserts
Did the wedding baker back out on you at the last minute? Leaving you helpless and wracking your brains out in trying to come up with additional dessert options for your guests? Well, you’re not the only one. My friend, Kat, had the exact same problem on her wedding day. Although she perfectly understood the baker’s reason for backing out, it was still so hectic. She pretty much had everything planned out already, from the cake, to the love server set that she was going to cut her cake with. The problem was that, she wanted to have cupcakes as well so that he guests can have options when it comes to sweets.
She was pretty much taken aback by the fact that her baker (which happens to be her boss’ daughter) had to back out because of an emergency situation. Hence, she was left to figure everything out for herself. Mind you, this was about 2 days before her big day. Luckily, her friends found this great DIY cupcakes. They pretty much raided the store and ordered them fresh from the shelf. The cupcakes were pretty good and tasty. Who would have thought that anything that comes from a box could taste so good? It was definitely a life saver for her.
