Brides with Tattoos
Although it’s not so traditional, brides that walk down the aisle filled with tattoos all over their body is pretty much a common sight. There are brides whose lifestyle might be in the tattoo business or they are simply fond of collecting body art. For instance, Katherine, our resident receptionist, is filled with tattoos. She’s an art major but wasn’t able to pursue her first love, hence, she compensates by having her body tattooed. She recently got married and she made it a point to showcase her various skin ink. She has chest tattoos so she got an off shoulder gown, that was about mid-calf in length. Then she paired it with a freshwater pearl double drop jewelry set. I must say, even if some people found the tattoos distracting, they couldn’t deny the fact that she was able to rock her look and showcase her personality in her gown.
Tattooing and collecting tattoos have become a way of life for some people. Even if some individuals out there might want to stick to the traditional picture of a bride that’s “clean” nary a tattoo in sight. Tattoos are as much a part of the individual that’s sporting them. Regardless of whether it’s a bride with a foot tattoo or a bride that has an entire sleeve full of it, tattoos are definitely here to stay.
