A Spring Wedding Gone Wrong

Couples would never think about the thousands of things that could happen during their wedding day. Of course, when the unexpected happens, it’s often hard to get over it. These uncoordinated situations can be a little overwhelming and sometimes, purely frustrating. Like what happened to my friend’s big day. The ceremonies were nearly over and they were only giving a toast using the personalized toasting glass set with the rest of their guest. However, out of nowhere, her ex-husband arrives and proceeds to berate her. She was dumbfounded that the husband even got into the reception hall, in the first place. her ex-husband had to be escorted out, but of course, the guest was left hearing and seeing all the drama which was unnecessary.

On the other hand, a neighbor of mine also had a near perfect wedding gone wrong. This time, no ex husband was around, but the problem was her dress. Apparently, the dressmaker took the wrong measurements and no amount of last minute tweaks was going to fix it. She had no spare dress because she was promised that her dress would arrive on time and would be perfect. In the end, she had to wear a last minute white dress from her own closet as a substitute wedding dress. It was devastating for her since she had planned a great Spring wedding and it was all ruined because of the dress.

Weddings can be unpredictable, hence, the reason why couples always make sure to plan hard for their big ceremony. Of course, sometimes it works and other times, it doesn’t.
