Taking Care of The Wedding Presents

In one wedding I’ve helped organized, I’ve been tasked to take care of the wedding table. Though it is not as significant as the rest of the details in the wedding, it is still something that must be prepared, much like having to prepare for the Wedding Cake Keepsake Memories Box.

Now, the wedding table is where one lays down all the gifts that guests will be bringing to the reception, if they haven’t already sent it to the bride and groom. It must be easily accessible to guests and at the same time, not too accessible for crashers to steal some of the gifts away. It must also have someone to constantly make sure that the piles and boxes are in order, hence my assignment. I was to stand there and make sure that there’s enough room for the gifts and that the gift boxes are properly displayed and showcased. It was a pretty easy task and quite fun too as I was able to greet the guests, as well.

After the wedding, all these gifts must then be transported to the couple’s resident or hotel so along with the guarding of the table, I was also tasked to make sure that presents are in the car all loaded up and ready for moving.
