Who Goes To The Dinner Rehearsal?

I’m scheduled to accompany a friend of mine to this wedding dinner and rehearsal. She helped planned the whole wedding and I’m going to assist her in the preparation, making sure that the Engraved 16 oz. Groomsmen Glass Mug the groom ordered is already set and ready for the gimmick that they have prepared.

The wedding dinner….who ever really needs to go to this? And who pays for the dinner and other expenses? What exactly goes on in a wedding dinner rehearsal?

It is unlike the wedding reception, of course, as the wedding dinner rehearsal is more close-knit with only the immediate families of the couple and their wedding party (the bridesmaids, groomsmen, secondary sponsors) as guests. It is done a day before the wedding, as the name suggest, and everyone will be asked to practice what role they will be doing on the wedding itself.

After the rehearsal, comes the dinner. It can be a formal one or a casual get together, depending on what the bride and groom wants. This is also the time for the bride and groom to give their gifts to their entourage as well as received toasts and well-wishes from everyone present.

The thing to remember is that there are no set rules for the wedding dinner and rehearsal. It’s really just a night for everyone in the wedding party to prepare and unwind before the big day.
