Alternative to Unity Candles

In weddings, we often stick to several traditions. We often like to think that these traditions/rituals are part of the wedding and cannot be broken. However, there are actually a lot of wedding traditions that you can go ahead and update if you don’t want to have them for your wedding. Just like how we opt for beach weddings instead of traditional church weddings or how some people would choose an Asuka Watch Money Clip over another type; we can actually evaluate and decide whether we would want to stick to tradition in our weddings or not.

Some of the common wedding rituals that couples go through include lighting the unity candle. If you feel that this is too old fashioned, then you can update it by having a rose ceremony instead. You can also come up with other creative ways that you can add some modern flair to your wedding so it won’t feel as if you are blindly following rituals and tradition. Be creative and don’t be afraid to try out something new. In the end, it will be your wedding, so it’s important that you are happy with the outcome. Just make sure that you and your groom agree on the change to avoid some unnecessary problems.
