Shoes, Shoes and More Shoes
Do you ever feel the need to have more shoes than your friends? I love the term shoe slut. Sometimes even though I have hundreds of pairs of shoes, I just can’t find the right ones. Do you know what I mean. I’m not talking about just going to weddings either, but go to the store, the mall, or just a walk around town. And don’t get me started on going to a holiday party. There are times when I don’t even go a party that i want to simply because I can’t find the right pair of shoes! Can anyone relate to this?
This morning I was getting ready to go to a holiday party tonight and, in hurricane of indecision, payed a Christmas visit to seemingly each and every pair of shoes that I own. I’m a shoe slut, to such an extent that living in NYC where I have to walk around so much, most outfits merit two pairs.. flats for getting to and fro and then, of course, the “2 hour shoes” for actually going where you were supposed to go.
