I’m Engaged I Need to Lose Weight

Most of the bride I knew wants to lose weight before their wedding day. And I also planned on losing weight before my wedding day. And yes I did lose weight on my wedding day.  All, I ever did was to eat lightly every meal but I never allowed myself not to eat. I also want to remind you that being healthy is being beautiful already.
