I have learned from a study that shows that chocolate is the food most commonly craved by women, but can contribute significantly to bulimia, obesity, and binge eating. Okay I admit I eat chocolate once or twice a week or more than that. I really love to eat chocolate no wonder that I have gained weight. My mouth was watering when I read an article about wedding favors and now as I am writing this to all of you. The wedding favor the couple chose was chocolate.
