Food Tasting

The most important part of the wedding reception for the guests is nothing else but the eating part. I know food is really important in any event. So in wedding, guests expect that there will be a grandiose banquet. My groom (now my husband) and I, planned to have a feast where we can celebrate our first meal as a couple. Before we get married there was a free food tasting for us in the place where we will get married (My wedding ceremony and reception is one place). My groom loved the food that we have on our menu. I also on the other hand loved the food for the very delicious taste. We had our wedding and then after that the reception where everybody was waiting for the eating portion. As we ate the food it was nothing like the food that we have tasted. I was like “The food tasted better when it was for free than today that we are eating it”. I really can’t understand why it tastes better when it was food tasting than our actual wedding reception menu.  I think you might have to include this question “Will it taste the same on my wedding day or will I expect less?” before booking the caterer or restaurant. Don’t be afraid to ask that since you are paying for the caterer to do their part on your wedding day.
