Inviting Exes at the Wedding: Yes or No?

Past is always past. What is behind us have already went by and shouldn’t be a problem anymore. However, if there was no harmonious separation between two lovers from the past that would be a big and major problem. It is good to settle everything before you move to another chapter of your life rather than jumping to another relationship without proper closure. So, is it proper to invite exes on your wedding day? Of course it is proper and the most etiquette way of dealing it. Again I say past is past, what is important is today and tomorrow and nothing else.
