After the Wedding: What Do You Call Your Mother in Law?
The wedding have past and you are now one with your husband. I guess the most itching question we most often hear from our friends is “What do you call your MIL?” Everybody wants to hear with open ears and listening facial expression. Well when I had one time, friends of mine asked me, looking at them giggling and so eager to wait for my momentous answer. So, I quickly answered them “I call her Mama.” Yes, Mama since that is what she preferred to be called. I think almost everybody calls their MIL their first name but since it was her request to call her Mama then Mama it is. But it doesn’t mean that I had replaced her with my mom. My mom is the best mother in the world for me and my other siblings.
