Wedding Myths That You Shouldn’t Worry

Wedding myths are belief that early people used to believe and are passed on to the next generation. Have you heard of the “Don’t wear your wedding gown before the wedding?” and “Bride and Groom should not see each other before the ceremony?” These are some of the wedding myths that people usually follow. For the sake of safe wedding it is strictly followed. But I have to admit the “Don’t wear your wedding gown before the wedding” I did not follow since how am I supposed to check if the fitting is right for me. I have my wedding gown made by my tailor and I wouldn’t want to keep coming back to the tailor just to compare my body with measuring tape. I want to wear the actual fitting before I finally wore them on my big day.  I had one bride who never fit her gown before her big day. On her wedding day she wore her wedding gown and surprisingly it was too big for her, good thing there was a tailor the bride hired to see if the fitting is good for her. But in my situation I am happy and loved by my husband and I know one thing that no myths can ever destroy my marriage. I am not against any myths but I do believe that each of us has the freedom to follow it or not.

When all the preparation is done don’t forget to give a token of appreciation to your Groomsmen for helping your Groom with the preparation for the big day.
