DIY Wedding Invitations and Why I Didn’t Do it
I always wanted to do my own wedding invitations and save the date but due to our limited time I couldn’t do it for that squeezed 5 months of wedding preparation. Wondering why only 5 months? We got engaged July and we got married last week of December, this happened in the same year. Here’s the reason why we got married quickly, I was hmmm, you see we were uhmm ( you might be thinking of a balloon inside of my stomach?) ehhh wrong. Hehehe.. ok stop the babbling jing and go on. Here is the main reason, my husband’s mom got really sick that she had a minor operation that requires her to have something that is attached to her heart ( I forgot what was it) and she wishes for his only child to get married before something happens to her. She got hospitalized 2 months before we got engaged. And because we love each other and we love her too and also for the reason we don’t want to lose each other we decided to get married sooner than later. That is why I couldn’t spend time having DIY wedding invitations.
